1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Confection Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
2 lbs. Mascarpone Cheese
1 1\2 cups espresso or double strength coffee
1\2 cup Kahlua
30 to 32 Crisp Lady Fingers
1\4 cup Cocoa Powder
Bittersweet Chocolate for Shaving


In a Large Mixing Bowl or Stand Mixer add heavy cream and Powdered Sugar mix on med speed until incorporated then increase speed to high until whipped thick like whipped cream. On Slow speed add mascarpone until incorporated. In a shallow bowl add coffee and Kahlua. One at a time dip lady fingers in the coffee and Kahlua mix. Arrange on platter or 8” baking pan. Spread one third of mascarpone cream and continue with next layer alternating directions. Spread remaining cream on top and dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Shave Curls of Chocolate on top with Vegetable Peeler.
