Kahlua Pork Flatiron

4 Pork Flatirons or Thick Cut Pork Chops
1 cup Kahlua
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Coconut Cream
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger (Grated)

Kahlua Sauce-
2 cups Kahlua
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract


Marinade Pork for 24 hours, bbq until 140 degrees, Pour Kahlua Sauce over the top Recipe follows.

Heat Kahlua and sugar until dissolved, add heavy cream and reduce by half take it off  heat and add vanilla.
